The conference will develop a programme of sociology of science and expertise to understand how practical or theoretical knowledge is constructed and circulated in different social spaces. The conference will analyse the spaces of production of this knowledge, the social properties of the producers, but also the socio-technical devices invented, used and mobilised, as well as the knowledge constructed, hybridised and domesticated.
